WJL Financial Group Inc. is the premier residential real estate investment firm in South Florida.  We have been in the wholesale real estate business since 1989.  WJL Financial purchases over 100 properties a year in South Florida and makes these properties available to real estate investors who either repair and resell them or wish to keep them as an investment.  Once an investor views one of our properties they may express interest by sending a Letter Of Intent (LOI)  via e-mail or fax.  This letter must include the price offered for the purchase, the terms of payment, and how quickly the investor can close.

If the offer is accepted, the investor must provide a cashiers' check within one business day.  The minimum acceptable deposit is $5,000.00 and is non-refundable.
